Come Out and Audition for Ursus Verses!

FRESHMAN CONCERT IN THE CHAPEL, SEPT. 7TH AT 7PM

If you think you might want to audition for Ursus Verses, Bowdoin's best a cappella group,
we encourage you to come give it a try! We're very friendly, and you wont lose more than a limb or two...

Our auditions will be held in Lancaster Lounge, Moulton Union. No previous singing experience is required. Our exact formula for auditions changes from year to year, but usually consists of scales, interval exercises, warmup drills, and a solo of your choice. We ask that you come to the audition warmed up and ready to sing.

Our audition times are: Monday, September 10th from 6-9,
and Wednesday, September 12th from 6-9.

Your solo selection should be about a minute long, and can be from any type of music you like. As we are an acappella group, we ask that you do sing your solo without help from an instrument.
