Hero Hill

Hero Hill is the home of the renowned 1200 meter hill
repeats. After completing a challenging warmup or as
some people call it, "the obstacle course," intervals
are run on an 800 meter dirt road that rises rapidly along
the Androscoggin River. The
run ends with a cool
down to Professor Settlemire's (Biology Department)
Sheep Farm.
