Request User Account
Parents who want to submit photos for the yearbook need to create a user account with us first. The form below can be used to request an account. Once you submit your request, you will receive a message in your email inbox telling you how to set your account password. Then, once a member of the yearbook staff manually enables your account, you will receive an activation notification and be able to sign into this website to upload photos.
